We understand that every situation is different, which is why we offer a range of placement options designed to fit around existing timetables, needs and circumstances.
Short-term placements for immediate support, reintegration, crisis intervention or assessment periods
Long-term placements for ongoing mentoring, structured alternative provision and personalised learning
1–5 days per week, depending on the level of need, suitability and the goals identified at referral
Fully adaptable schedules, allowing schools and local authorities to respond quickly to changing circumstances
Our flexibility ensures young people receive consistent, appropriate support without disrupting broader education plans.
We deliver both individual and small group sessions, depending on what will best support the learner.
1:1 sessions provide focused, personalised intervention
Small groups help build social skills, confidence and teamwork
Tailored activities suited to academic, emotional or behavioural development
Clear targets set for every session to ensure purposeful, structured delivery
All sessions are grounded in relationship-building, positive reinforcement and safeguarding best practice.
We meet learners where they feel safest, most comfortable and most able to engage.
Sessions can be delivered:
In community settings – libraries, sports facilities, youth centres and suitable local venues
At home, where appropriate and risk-assessed, offering a safe and familiar environment
At our Oxstalls base, providing a structured, stable space for learning, mentoring and support
Outdoor or active environments, if beneficial for engagement, wellbeing or behaviour regulation
Each setting is carefully chosen to maximise progress, safety and engagement.
We maintain clear, consistent communication with schools, local authorities and families to ensure accountability and transparency.
Our reporting includes:
Weekly or fortnightly progress updates
Attendance logs and engagement tracking
Behavioural observations and wellbeing notes
Half-termly or termly review reports
Clear evidence of outcomes linked to the learner’s personalised plan
This structured reporting ensures everyone involved remains informed and aligned, enabling effective review and reintegration planning.
